Despite the defeat for 1-3, which will force Diatec Trentino to dispute the fifth and decisive match of the quarterfinals series with Molfetta next Sunday at PalaTrento, the weekend’s trip to Apulia has brought a dowry still a good news for Trentino Volley. After more than a month of absence from the starting six injured, the PalaPoli of Molfetta has in fact continuously revised in the field Mitar Djuric. The unavailability of the last hour of Nelli has accelerated his return to the starting lineup, but at the same time he immediately showed how the greek opposite recovery is virtually completed: 17 personal points with 49% in attack are the starting point of the final part of the season.
"The absence of Nelli has certainly helped see me sooner on the field, but to be honest it was already almost a week that I was training regularly with the team so I felt ready to return to play at least a segment of the race’- has confirmed Djuric. -”After more than a month in the pits it was important to regain the camp, it was a pity that the result didn’t arrive but fortunately every day I feel better and better. Reasonably, I miss the race pace and I think that in some circumstances the Molfetta match has even seen it. I work also to improve this aspect. Game 4? For us to play at PalaPoli is always very difficult because every time we are faced with an Exprivia which is enhanced; keep changing training with the alternation of many players in a game and the other definitely helped, but it is also true that we couldn’t do something more: we had our chances and we have not exploited them”.
